                         It was distressing that the product which we delivered you on November 20th   is in unacceptable condition. As per your request we will send you fresh piece of product. Please return the damaged goods at the time of delivery. We will look into this matter and take all steps to see that this incident will not recur in the future.

I am sorry that this unfortunate incident occurred and sincerely appreciates your continued patronage.
